My recent visit to Pandora was a satisfying experience! The sales associate that assisted me had a pleasant personality and was so helpful and patient. I went in to pick out a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and left with not one but two beautiful charms for her bracelet.

Upon entering the store Julia W greeted my friend and I. When I told her I wanted to look at some charms she started helping but for some reason starting to ignore us and helping someone else. As we were looking at some charms she told other customers that she would should then once we finished looking. As if we were not important. So we just walked around to the other side. Raven S came to help us and she were exactly. Gave us here undivided attention. Helped up with the purchase I made. I spent $181 and all that credit she be given to Raven. I like to thank Raven . Unfortunately when Raven checked me out she forgot to put her salesperson number in so Julia got credit for my sales. That is not correct. She was very rude to us. I did ask Raven was Julia getting the credit. She said that were her mistake. I don't care it if were her mistake she should get credit for the sale.

I was extremely pleased with the service. There was a particular charm that I really wanted but the website stated that the item was out of stock at this particular store. When I walked in, I took a chance and asked it they had that specific charm and they did!! I was so happy!!
