The sale people are always friendly. They are always helpful. They always make sure you can find whatever you need. Just need to get more letter symbols in the store.

My sales associate Jordyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was friendly and made us feel comfortable. She also offered her opinion when asked and helped us assemble our jewelry.

Victoria was a very sweet young lady. She was patient and kind. I call over the phone and asked a question and she was very knowledgeable. When I enter the store she greeted me and show me other products and offer to put my bracelet on. It didn’t fit and she quickly recommended other products. I went from a sliver to a rose gold bracelet. She showed me the size difference when I was under with and without charms on them. She was very professional and she dresses so amazing. She is carrying the brand quite well.
