The associate who helped me (I hate I did not get her name) was extremely and patient with me. I came into the store to shop for charms, as I just purchased my very first Pandora bracelet and did not have in mind what type of charm I wanted. She was very patient and listened to me and was able to match me with the perfect mother/daughter charm. Not only did I leave with something for me, but also something for my mother for Christmas. I definitely will become a regular shopper. I am absolutely in love with my charm. Thank you all so much and keep up the good work!
