Even though both associates were working with a customer, I was acknowledged by when I walked through the door. Even though it was near closing time, they were very attentive and helpful. I was purchasing a charm in memory of my widdle chorkie (chihuahua-yorkie mix :) ), Ace, and they listened to my story about his passing and his cremation and such. Sherine was such a sweetheart. She made what I thought would be a little sad moment a joyful moment for me; so much so that I ended up purchasing two charms. I left feeling extremely pleased with my purchase. I got the heart-shaped diamond "Fur Mom" and heart-shaped "Pawprints on my heart" dangle.

The store was very nice. The choices of rings was great. The young lady Kim was very helpful.

Kim was very in tune with my needs. She showed me various options and also explained the importance of additional items such as the locks.
