I was in the store and within seconds I was assisted. The associate was able to find the charm I needed without problem. I was out of the store within minutes. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful.

The selection of items was good. The staff was patient and familiar with their products. The payment process was easy.

Customer service Kim was great. The quality of the jewelry was awesome. The store had everything I needed.

The Customer Service Representatives acknowledged me and other customer when we entered the store. The CSR was knowledgeable of the charms I requested to look at and the store was clean.

The reason I was highly satisfied was due to the friendliness of the associates and she was very attentive to my needs helping me choose a bracelet to my liking.
