The staff was very friendly. They were able to help me with what I came in for. They also worked as quickly as possible to keep me as the customer from waiting to long.

The sales associate was polite, efficient, professional and didn't mind assisting me with putting my charms on and fastening my bracelet.

Mayia was great and very knowledgeable of the products. She was very patience with me and my sister and answered all our questions, even when the other sales ladies left her on the floor alone.

I came into the store and there were quite a lot of people who came in after me. Someone walked in and received service before me although I patiently waited. The saleswoman Jennifer was off work and saw me waiting patiently and asked me what I needed help with. She assisted me and was very patient with me. I was very appreciative of this because I had a bad experience a few weeks ago with another associate. Jennifer should receive a customer service award because she definitely put a smile on my face tonight. Thanks so much Jennifer.
