Pandora Jewelry

My Pandora sales associate, Ashley D, was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient. She didn’t rush me and took time to answer all my questions. The store was very clean and well attended. The selection was fantastic! I really enjoyed my shopping experience and am looking forward to returning again soon to buy more jewelry.

This was our first visit to the Renaissance Pandora location. Hand sanitizer was available and the associates were cleaning and disinfecting while we were there. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly!

The salesclerk was very helpful. She helped me pick out a ring. Very knowledgeable.

I came in showed her a picture of the two bracelets i wanted and she pulled them right out sized me and had me out the door in fifteen minutes or less!

I didn’t have to worry about Covid because of the cleanliness of this store. The staff wore their mask and still provided great services to me.

When I entered the store everything was nice and clean. Everyone was wearing a mask. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I received service promptly and with a smile. She took extra time to look for an item I was interested in buying. She was very patient and showed me how to correctly were my bracelet!

I was greeted upon entering and Kim immediately asked me if I was looking for anything special. She had knowledge of the merchandise and was very nice

I went in looking for 3 charms. All 3 were not available in the store. Ashley the lead sales rep was so helpful. Even though what I went in to look for certain charms. She recommended another charm to add to my bangle. I had my bangle on and the charm she suggested made my bracelet look so nice! I didn't give the charm a thought until she pointed it out t me. I only had 2 charms thus far on my bangle. I have infinity symbol and the thankful, grateful etc charm. She put the open heart one on my bangle and it looks GREAT! Until I get the others I want to add. she suggested I call back to the store by mid week. To as have the other charms made it to the store and she hold them until I come to pick them up.
