Kim assisted beautifully. She was knowledgeable and friendly. This means everything in a retail environment. I was in retail management for 10 years, and moved over to a business side of the company that employs me. I would have hired her in one of our locations.

It was my first time been in the store. My daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday and recommended Pandora. Ms.Ashley helped me out she was very friendly! And last but not less it was a great time cause the store had a sale for 50% off.
