The store and workers are always so friendly and welcoming. The only issue is lack of product as they have not received spring nor the new summer release. It’s the only concept store in my area and I should be able to get the products I want. Also, I’d like to mention the regional releases, like the new Dusty Rose leather bolo, I would love for this bracelet to release in the US. In cases like this I end up buying all my Pandora overseas and this does nothing for the concept stores you have here in the US, if we end up shopping in other countries. I hope my feedback helps some and thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

The merchandise that I wanted was easy to find. The sales associate was very helpful and she helped me pick the items that I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to the store to purchase more merchandise in the future.

She was able to help me locate the charm I was looking for instantly. She was very patient and friendly. She offered and did clean my bracelet and had liking new.The store was clean with GREAT STAFF!

The reason why I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, because I don’t have to wait a long time to get some assistance. Another reason why I’m satisfied because when I have trouble choosing which merchandise I want the sale associate will help me narrow it down.

Once they looked it up everything went well. The ladies were very nice and professional. I really appreciate the staff and the store especially after spending so much money with the company.

I was highly satisfied because the staff took safety measures to insure i was best taking care of while practicing social distancing! Associate was very helpful and wore a mask!

Ashley was great and very detailed with charm placement. She also offered to clean the bracelet. I’d definitely shop with her again if I were local.
