I have always loved this store versus some of the retail stores that only carry a small supply of the pandora labels

What I was going order on line was at the store.

Sherine was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. She showed great customer service in assisting me with my return. She even cleaned my bracelet and charms before I left the store. Great customer service.

My sales Associate Temeka D No. 180298 was very professional, courteous, and patient. She took her time explaining to my niece and I on how to take care of her bracelet which my niece was very happy because this is her first charm bracelet. She showed my niece how to put on and take off her bracelet, which I brought on-line due to stores being closed.Tameka took her time showing us different charm selections and also offered to show us more options that she liked. My niece picked one of her suggestions. She cleaned the charms and showed my niece how to put them on her bracelet. My niece and I were very satisfied with the customer service we received, especially at a time when things can be so hectic. We will definitely return to this store.

The lady that help me with my moms bracelet was kind and understanding she helped me balance my mom bracelet and she showed me different ways it could go and let me choose as well she made me feel like my opinion matters too she also listened to my complaint about the long wait time trying to reach y’all on line customer service about the defective product I received she is the reason why I will continue to shop with you guys in the future great customer service at its best but I will drive to that location and not shop online again

The store was very busy due to Mother's Day weekend. It was covid 19,the store did a good job with keeping everyone six feet apart.
