I absolutely loved the lady that took care of me. She was very knowledgeable. Her suggestion was accurate. She was wonderful.

Because Kim was very helpful. And she let me talk to her about what I was looking. And she made eye contact when she was talking to me about the product.

Sales associate was knowledgable and personable. She was able to assist me fond suitable charms for the bracelet for my daughter's birthday. In addition, she discussed cleaning and care as well as made me aware of the safety clasp should she acquire more charms for her new bracelet.

Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She offered many suggestions and recommendations. Another associate also stepped in and offered her assistance.
