The associate is very friendly and always helps us when we visit the store. We are in and out the store when we visit but as the husband, I always have purchase an item. Overall, great store!!

Sherine went above and beyond the level of customer service. Originally, I was in the store to purchase a graduation gift for my god daughter. First, she remembered that I stopped by in March to look around for ideas about her gift. She will be joining the armed forces. Sherine remembered exactly what we discussed and got the items for her and she loved them. Also, during the previous I discussed with her a problem that I had with a bracelet, but it was not with on that particular day. Today, she reminded me about it and I had it on (I totally forgot about that part of the conversation) and she examined the item it was exchanged. I had slacked off purchasing items for awhile, but I will continue to send everyone her way. Amazing customer service, regardless of the exchange — she remembered and that’s impressive!!! It’s not easy to to receive a highly satisfied from me, but she did!!!!

The sales assistant helped me a lot . She was very nice and everything I asked she was able to help me with it . I’m a very difficult person and she made me pick out what was best for me .
