I’m highly satisfied because they meet my need. The most important thing to me was that I drove an hour 15 minutes and they was about to close early due to short staff. She allowed me to come in and make a purchase.

Upon entering the store, there were 2 sales associates were working but I had to wait for assistance while one had a customer and the other was working with stock. The Associate working with stock did not acknowledge me at all whatsoever even as I stood right in front of her while looking at her counter. The Sales Associate that did assist me when finished with her customer was not familiar with Pandora line. I described the desired charms I was shopping for but was told Pandora did not carry such. Therefore, I purchased an item that I really did not want. Once at home again, I looked online at the Pandora site and immediately found the charm that I had wanted. The associate made me doubt what I had remembered seeing because I had looked at a lot of different varieties. I could have looked it up while in store and shown her, but but I had left my phone in my vehicle at the time and did not feel physically up to walking back to car to get it. I just feel that the associate should have known exactly what I was looking for if she were at all familiar like she should’ve been with the Mother’s Day line.

The associate Kim E that assisted me was really nice & patient. There was 1 associate in the lobby assisting a customer when I arrived. I entered the store and was not greeted, which was a complete turnoff as a Patreon spending my money with the company.
