My sales associate was very pleasant and accommodating. It just seem as though that the store could be more organized. Another associate was impatient with her customer. They should expect that some customers will take additional time to find what they want; especially men shopping for a love one or customers new to Pandora.

The sales associate was not very friendly at the start of the sale. However, she eventually warmed up. The overall experience was not bad.

Great work

I did not feel welcome from the minute I walked in. I felt the associate was not interested in helping me. Although I was the only one in the store, she acted like she did not have time to help me. I am always satisfied with the merchandise, but this store lacks personal attention and customer service.

I was not highly satisfied because some items were out of stock. Then too, it would have been nice if some of the other older items had been on sale, too.

IT WAS MY BEST FRIEND BIRTHDAY AND I WANTED TO GET HER A CHARM OF GEMINI SIGN. THE STORE WAS OUT OF IT SO I HAD TO CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE. WE ALREADY HAVE THE OTHER CHARMS THAT SAYS BEST FRIENDS

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

There were 2 items my daughter wanted but the price could not be found in any book.
