She didn’t tell me all of the discounts I could have gotten

The merchandise is great. However, the price is a deterrent from purchasing more items on each visit. More sales would be awesome!

Every time I go into this store, I never know what personality that I’m gonna get. Today was alright, I feel that the staff could be a little more friendlier!

The sales associate was somewhat nonchalant, not the friendliest. The products are beautiful, but a bit pricey. Woulld be nice to have more sales!

My leather wrap bracelet was over 5 yrs old, it broke so they were not able to replace it or be able to give me a discount on a similar purchase.

No sale and there were soooo many I wanted. 🙃

I was appreciative of the experience the help and highly satisfied with my purchases. Customer was good and was better at the end of the visit. I will return in the future.

I feel like y’all need better choices in charms in gold and silver y’all need to get more charms in gold and silver together I have a bracelet and it’s gold and silver I wanted to match all my pieces in gold and silver y’all have more silver then gold

I was not highly satisfied because some of the items I was looking for were not in stock. Also, I expected the Christmas items to be marked down now. I guess not.
