When going into Pandora i knew what i was looking for. I wanted a ring. The ring that i wanted was not available in my size because of a low inventory.

My apologies I was highly satisfied

This associate that serve me had awesome customer service.

I wish that there are more merchandise in stock.

The sales associate had a very nasty attitude about herself not like my previous experiences.

I wanted a little more percentage off.

There is not really a specific reason for not being highly satisfied. The wait was long, but I guess these are the times. However, some items were out of stock.

They store closed early (7:00) and some items were out of stock. Overall though, good experience. Love Pandora's charms.

it was busy that day and the wait time was longer than expected.

Only one sales associate on the floor and she was taking care of 2 customers while I waited. There were 2 other associates in the back sitting down with the door open talking and laughing. They never came out or offered her any assistance.
