Very low selection on Pandora bracelet charms. There usually is a sale if you buy some many you get one free but there wasn’t a sale on anything.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience due to having to have this experience during COVID-19. I really enjoy going to Pandora and seeing the new charms and/or pieces that they have in their store. With this pandemic happening at the moment, you really don't have to opportunity to browse the store like I would have like to.

The store had low inventory. They did not have several of the charms I was looking for. The stores never have all the stock available for purchase.

Bought a gift set that I wanted to swap out a pendant on another band. Associate said gift set was as is and could not be swapped. I thought that was strange because the gift sets looked practically the same. Appeared to me that gift sets were baited items to get you to buy more of something else to make more money. If its a gift set, it should have option to swapped items as long as it in the same brand or line like in this case. I should only have been given the option to pay slight up-charge at most but not have to buy entirely different set to pay more money.

The store was crowded and staff was limited. Thus I didnt feel as if the salesperson gave me the attention that was warranted. I felt rushed and almost as if I was irritating her when I asked questions or seemed unsure. I didnt feel like I got good customer service until she began to check me out. The selection of items was very limited in terms of availability.
