Price has significant weight in determining if I'm highly satisfied. Prices during Christmas should be more competitive BECAUSE customers are looking for bargains to save MORE than just non-holiday season. I expected MORE savings and offers NOT just on holiday items but STORE wide!!!

I did not feel the salesperson was that interested in helping me. She gave me a catalog to look through. In the past, I’ve been shown the charms.

The salesperson was so nice and she also took her time with what we were trying to do.She recommend items i should have gotten.

Well I just don’t give highly satisfied it wasn’t anything that was done wrong but my visit was great

I had to wait 10 minutes before salespeople asked me do I need assistance.

The sales representative was very rude when I asked a simple question that could’ve easily been answered. But I believe she was stressed out due to the amount of people in the store waiting and the fact that it was only 2 representatives in the store.

Derogatory comments made by staff it was 504 when I entered your store comment was made we close at 6:00 was made to feel like they thought I would steal two employees stayed with me the whole time

When I got to the store there was only one sales associate helping out a lady and it took about 10 minutes until someone got to me. The sales associate that was helping me looked like she didn’t want to help me and had a look on her face that made me feel uncomfortable. When I was choosing a ring she gave me the rings like she didn’t give a care in the world. She looked like she didn’t want to even work or help others.

The quality of the Pandora Reflexions need to be better. The bracelet and charms are not secure enough. Also, it would be nice if the Reflexion charm letters came in other colors than just silver.

I was dissatisfied with the bank that issues the store's credit card.
