Faith was my sales person and she was not knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was not super friendly and working in customer service during this pandemic, you have to have great customer service.

I was dissatisfied with the selection of merchandise. Almost everything I wanted was unavailable. This was very disappointing. I almost left to try another store. But I was afraid too. Due to my timeline.

The selection was very poor. The sales person was, on another hand, super nice and helpful.

I did not get a new bracelet. Looks to me they are giving use jewelry. My bracelet did not come out a new box or anything I didn’t like that.

Lack of enthusiasm of staff. Lack of knowledge of products on hand. Lack of customer service etiquette. The associate was very pleasant but she sought assistance the other associate was hesitant in assisting.

There was only one associate in the store when I arrived. The service was slow and when I asked the associate a question, she gave me a very rude response and had the nerve to ask If there was something wrong with ME!
