Sales associate with the long pink nails was short and rude when asked a question. She was not friendly or helpful. I only purchased one thing when I wanted to buy more. I will only purchase online from now on.

The sale associate wasn’t very friendly nor did she provide excellent customer service. I was buying a gift and I was sure of the bracelet size and she didn’t try nor explain the difference in the sizes. She wasn’t helpful with helpful with picking out the charms. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

The sale associates did not greet me. I stood there for the longest before a sales associate acknowledged that I was there. The Sale associate by Jordan came to assist after assisting another customer which came in the store moments later, she was not knowledgeable about anything and her customer service was terrible.

I visited Pandora to purchase a birthday charm for a family member. I asked to see certain charms and they were all in a bag and not sorted out. Instead of everything being organized and sorted out they just said they didn’t have anything in stock. Fine. I asked for a birth stone charm, but instead the associate asked me if I wanted a Capricorn charm instead. When I got home I noticed she sold me the wrong charm. She sold me a Leo charm. When I went to go exchange it the next day they didn’t have the Capricorn in stock. I had the same issue I had the day before, I’m asking for charms and the sales associate couldn’t find anything. She stated that everything was a mess and they others were switching out the draws so she couldn’t locate anything I was asking for.

Sale associates not friendly or helpful. Didn't recommend product of which I was interested in. Rushed through purchasing experience. Will use website.

I came in to purchase a bracelet/charms that was on hold with Temeka. Temeka wasn't here on this day, so 2 assocs w/ long blond hair & w/ long locked braids assisted me. Neither one smiled & the greetings were lack luster. I told the blond I had a question, but quickly asked what the new gold products were in the case I was standing in front of. She stated, "It was the new 14k gold merch, and what was your question?" She never elaborated on the gold items I was inquiring about b/c I'm in the market for new gold pieces. Well her reaction turned me way off & I didn't inquire again about the product. Within the past 2 weeks I've made 3 purchases totaling $530. Given the experience I had last night, I will not be back to make any more purchases. I will revert back to the local stores to purchase my Pandora items.

I arrived to store as the 3rd customer. However, other customers arrived I was left while another customer was helped and her transaction was finished. I was helped by another employee... I was very disasatiafied as I was one of the first customers there and was the last one served. The advertised promotion gift box essence set was also not available. I was overall disappointed with Melissa who initially helped me.

I was very satisfied with my visit yesterday. I purchased a necklace online on May 9th and took it to the store once I received it because it was too long. I was advised to come back once they restock. Came back yesterday and Jordynn was my sales rep who showed me that the necklace could change from how short you want it to how long. I was amazed because I was not aware of or told this during my first visit. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the product in the store. Because of her awesome customer service, I will be back.

I waited in a line outside the store for an hour. An employee then came out and asked if anyone in the line knew exactly what they wanted and let half the line behind us cut in front of us. These people did not know exactly what they wanted and were still in the store looking through things and taking up half the sales associates when we finally got in the store. It was a very bad experience to have an employee allow 6 or 7 people to basically cut the line.
