Understandably long line for this visit. However, manager made a poor decision to split the “line” in half and allowed customers who came in an hour after myself and others to be helped first. This is NOT referring to online orders, which I understand being helped in their own line. The second “line” also used 3 associates to help one customer at a time and left only 2 associates to help the original “line” of 30 people. Took nearly 2 hours to complete my purchase.

The store manger was very rude, attitude was nasty! She told me that the necklace and earrings that I was trying to purchase was out of stock when really it wasn’t. Another employee ended up getting it for me. I will be calling corporate on her

My complaint is too long to type! Your associate Julia W needs to be retrained in customer service because hers is very poor, she is not a good fit for your company!

The initial person that decided to help was rude and very unfriendly. She waited for a while before asking if my husband and I needed any help and appeared to not want to help service me as a customer. When I asked for a different associate, I was then hackled by the current person and another sales associate. This was my second time being treated this way by this particular associate. The store I visited was the store located in Ridgeland MS. The associates name is Julia. I was in the store on 12/4 making a purchase and again on 12/13. On 12/13 after being treated rude by Julia and her friend, I was assisted by Stella who was such a gem to work with. Stella was able to calm the situation and help with the utmost customer service experience. I really appreciate Stella.

Christina B No. 175901 was my salesperson and she did not seem very friendly. I felt very rushed when looking for what I wanted. I ask for a charm she pulled the charm out and rang it up and gave me a total, she did not ask if that I was getting anything else. I had to tell her I wanted something else. I normally experience very patient and friendly sales associates within any Pandora store I visit. This was not a very pleasant visit for me.

The sales person was extremely rude. Her attitude was horrible. I purchased 2 bracelets and 4charms but was only able to take 1 with me. She charged mine and my daughters card twice and without full explanation she just said it did not charge your card but when I called my card there were both transactions on each card! She never tried to explain. She called security on me because she said my voice was raised. It was certainly raised because she told me we’ve been a problem since she greeted us, which was caught me off guard because I didn’t have an issue at all and even if we were giving her a problem she had no right to say that to me. She went on to talk disrespectfully to me by stating she’s trying to help me but my child was running around in the store...(this comment alone will prohibit me from ever shopping in Pandora again) not to mention she stated she doesn’t care about the sales that we had just made with her. . Her coworker assisted us by trying to complete the transaction. I’ve never in my life been treated so rudely in a peace of business in my life!

I purchased a charm and went to exchange it and have the bracelet cleaned. After doing so Christina B was extremely rude and accused me of putting the bracelet in her face. We are starting our second bracelet and I can promise none of it will be purchased at the Ridgeland MS store located on Highland Colony.
