Just an amazing experience all around

Lydia was so sweet and helpful with helping us find a birthday present. We had to return one for it being the wrong size and find a new ring to replace it. While this was happening we had another ring being replaced she noticed missing stones and had it replaced for us without us asking. I’ve been buying pandora rings for 4 years now and this is the best experience I’ve ever had.

Johnny was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. He was knowledgeable of the jewelry and was giving great advice. I felt really satisfied with my purchase.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. I also brought in a damaged ring and was able to get it replaced to enjoy it again! Best birthday experience ever!

The sales person who helped me Jonny H. was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient when assisting me. He went over other item in detail concerning the Pandora charms and got me very interested in other charms especially the mom ones. The service he offered was very much appreciated.

I felt that I was a priority. The staff were so nice and made me feel very comfortable and provided a great experience. Everyone was great and super friendly.
