Great customer service love my product today

Mrs. Kimberly B. has changed the way I think about shopping again at the store. visiting a store that was not where she normally works yet she was exceptional. Now I had the opportunity to visit the store where she works, she was also super friendly, prompt and very helpful. no doubt more agents like her would be nice to have in Green Hills.

Everything that I wanted I was able to buy it

I visited the store twice and each time the sale associates were incredibly sweet. They were very friendly and their was no pressure to buy. Making an exchange was also very easy.

Shelby was very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t intend on buying anything extra today but she is a great Salesperson!

Aaliyah was great! I was trying to sneak a purchase while my sister was in the store and she was so fast. She made it easy for me to do so right under her nose. It was very much appreciated.

Great merchandise and helpful setvice

I placed an pick up in store 0822 order on 3/26/21 for item 397436CZ-45. My order was canceled the same day I called store 0822 and asked them did they have item 397436CZ-45 available they advised me no. When I went the store on 3/27/21 employee Aaliyah helped me look at a few different item I asked her did she have item 397436CZ-45 available she advised me yes and founded the necklace I wanted. Aaliyah was so helpful and patient with me and took the time out to find the item I originally wanted. I advised her I was so grateful because the item was for my niece 16th birthday. She also cleansed one of my bracelets for me while I was there and it looks great. Aaliyah is a great employee and awesome person.
