I received a bracelet as gift for Christmas and really loved it and felt very sentimental about it. However, since then it has fallen off my wrist four times and I was afraid I would loose it. I have been fortunate enough to notice every time and locate the bracelet. I returned to the store as I felt it was an issue with the clasp, they looked at it and immediately replaced it with a new one. I did not know that it had a warranty and was very pleased. They were courteous with the transaction as well.

I went in to this Pandora with a friend, not planning to purchase anything. As I was browsing, I saw a few rings I loved. The sales associate, Kenny, found rings in my size and was very helpful. He let me try on 3-4 rings I liked so that I could make a final choice. I love my new ring and plan to go back for my next one very soon!
