We were greeted when we walked through the door. The sales associate knew exactly what my daughter was looking for and pulled it out quickly. The sales associate spoke directly to my daughter (age 10) about the piece and let her try it on. She really made my girl feel special.

The sales associate was glad to look for a particular item for me. The item had been discontinued, but she suggested another one which was perfect. Ask about another charm that she gave me info about. Was very pleased.
