Pandora Jewelry

I had purchased a Pandora bracelet and charm in Cozemel, Mexico. So as soon as I got back in my town I went straight to the Pandora store to make sure it was real, due to some occurences that happened in Mexico. I was asking question on how to know if Pandora's merchandise is real or not and both sales associates were amazing in answering my questions and just very nice. I ended up telling them I was doing a travel bracelet and they immediately pointed out more charms that could potentially go on my bracelet. I ended up buying two. So very good experience.

Beautiful store, beautiful Pandora jewelry and most of all the Sales Associate, Brooke was very informative and a wonderful customer service employee. If all your customer service sales personnel are like her you will have a lot of satisfied customers.
