Shelby was very helpfully and extremely efficient. Beautiful store and great employees.

I had a lot going on when I came into the store and the associates at pandora immediately introduced themselves. Brooke, was the sales associate that approached me and was very nice and pleasant. I had a lot of questions and asked to see a lot of the products, mainly the charms. After about an hour in the store I was finally finished shopping. I just want to thank Brooke for her excellent customer service and the patience she had working with me.

I appreciated the helpful service. My salesperson was also very patience while I decided which charms to choose. The entire staff was friendly.

This location was the only location currently with inventory for the Reflexsions line.

I’ve always buy my wife jewelry from pandora and no where else she loves the pieces and bracelets and necklaces you guys offer and the Cx service is always professional

I walked in just looking& walked out with a super nice bracelet & charm. They didn’t have the charm I was looking for but other options were presented as I asked. The whole pandora experience was very nice! I like how they let me look around as much as I need to and help me get measurements:)

I already knew what bracelet I wanted just needed to select a few charms that compliment the bracelet. The Pandora associates were very quick in presenting the matching charms, helped me choose a few, and also added a complimentary jewelry box with my purchase. I left the store satisfied and happy, and plan to visit it again this week as I am considering to purchase additional charms.
