loved the store!

they didnt have a slider bracelet i was looking forward to getting. Last time i went they didnt have it either which sucks, but they were able to get me something similar

The associate seemed very shy. We asked to see size 10 birth stone rings, she went to the case and looked and then came back to say that don’t sell size 10 bitty stone rings. Which is fine but shouldn’t she have known that ?

My sales associate was very knowledgeable however, she was not attentive to helping me. Twice I had to ask her to come over to show me something. I wish more of the merchandise was on display so I wouldn't have to flip through a book and ask to see to something.

I've been buying charms and bracelets for my wife for all occasions for 7 years now there hasn't been a single one that she hasn't loved!

At 1st there was only 1 sales person available,another was doing paperwork on the floor,a young man came from the back& proceeded 2 help customers

There is always room for improvement. They didn’t have a large selection of charms that I was looking for. Needs better selection of charms.

There were a lot of people, so I had to wait to be assisted however it felt like multiple people went ahead of me just because they were in front of the associates. The associate helping me made me feel rushed and made no suggestions to my order.

Just was not greeted.
