Pandora Jewelry

The store was empty so I was expecting to be out quickly seeing that I already knew what I wanted. There were 2 salespersons attending to 1 customer (found out during purchase that 1 was in training) while 2 other salespersons stood and watched me waiting, one of them being the sales lead. The trainee eventually assisted me after about 10 mins of me just standing there. I’ve had a good experience shopping at this location but doubt I’ll be back.

There was only one associate helping in front of the store. There was one other person being helped, but I had to wait several minutes before another associate came out from the back to come help me. When the associate got to me, she didn’t seem very enthusiastic about the merchandise or the fact she was there.

The sales associate was ready to check me out before I was finished looking at the merchandise. Also the associate did not recommend any charms to go with the O pendant I was purchasing nor did they introduce the new charms/pendants that came out (most of which I bought because of the display in front).

The sales associate did not know much about the promotions nor where the merchandise was. I was told there was not an item I was looking for when I knew it was in the store.

I was satisfied with my purchase and the Representative who assisted me Melody. That's a satisfactory enough comment for my Pandora purchase.

There were not many to choose from. I was only shown one area of charms. Y’all should give free cleaning rad with any purchase

I loved the people, the things i bought, and the store. It was my first time ever going and i am very satisfied with my visit. My favorite part was that when you buy a charm they put it on for you. The only thing i have to complain about is that the safety chain i bought to help the charms not fall off , fell off as soon as i got home and was taking it off. But i’m just gonna return it today and get a new one! Thanks guys!

Some items we were looking for were sold out.

I went looking for a specific charm which was not in stock at the store.

The sales associate seemed very fake and not genuine, condescending even.
