The overall design quality of the newer collections is underwhelming and the pieces look tacky. It’s hard to find quality pieces anymore.

There were specific charms that I was looking for, but the store did not have them. One in particular was called the Love Puerto Rico. I felt that I already knew the answers to the questions that I asked the sales associates and they knew just as much as I did.

I arrived and all associates were busy. The next available person assisted me with zero personality. She wasn't mean but it didn't seem like she was interested.

Could not get my money back on the products that I thought was for a charm bracelet, not knowing it was for a charm necklace. I think it should be stated differently online.

When I walked into the store the sales associate didn’t greet me. She just looked even if your with a customer you still can greet someone and say someone will be with you in a moment p. She was rude. And it took sometime for someone from the back to come out. I usually like going into this store, but now I’m having a change of heart. I might start going to another location for better service.

Way too hot in the store and acoustics are so bad ( echoing) that the associate could not hear me nor could I hear her. My husband was so anxious and even told the associate that he wished he’d never bought my original bracelet because he wanted to find more charms but they weren’t shown well. We will shop at Jarrods only.

Associate acted as though we were trying to get a new product, the bracelet was just purchased a few months ago. The clasp was clearly loose. It’s had come open several times to the point she was scared to wear it even with a safety chain. Associate spoke in whispers to senior associates and then stated that there “actually isn’t anything wrong with it and they couldn’t replace. My daughter showed her where the clasp doesn’t seat together and was loose. She spoke to two other associates in whispers and I was then told by another associate that “they would replace the bracelet but the warranty would only be good from April- not today” again implying I was attempting to get “something for nothing” Their body language and the whispers and looks at us were as though we were stealing the bracelet! I only wanted my daughters bracelet to be right. I have several Pandora pieces as well as both of my daughters. The associates and managers in this location need to be coached on their warranty information and how to speak to customers, including body language. They were whispering about this in front of two other customers.
