Once my daughter and I entered the store at least four sales associates were just standing at the back counter we were barely greeted once we entered the store and we had to ask for someone to get us something before we were offered any service and she seemed like she was very unhappy and while she was very unenthusiastic at all there was an older lady salesperson rudely staring at my daughter and I as if we were out of place! I am a very loyal customer have spent a lot of money with pandora and this visit was my worst experience. Usually the customer service is top notch! Not this visit at all!

The associate helping me was not knowledgeable of online sales. I think they were training someone, and it felt like they just wanted to complete the transaction as fast as they could. They didn’t offer any suggestions, nor did they really interact with me and I felt like I was a bother.

The sale person was rushing me. She keep asking me was I ready. She did not take the time to explain. Just impatient with me.

Employee Liv E. seemed like she did not want to be at her job or to help any of the customers at the location. She barely spoke or interacted when I asked for help or questions about jewelry, had an attitude when I was asking to look at other options, and barely wanted to answer questions. I doubt I'll be returning to this location.

When we enter the shop the manager got mad at my husband who can not wear a face mask because of health reasons and refused to wait on us for the longest time In fact she acted like we were not there. She finally ask me what I wanted not what she could help me I told her she got it and then asked us to leave the store. I will never set foot back in this store again. I will go to Jared or Bell Jeweler if I want anything from your line It is against the law to not serve a person with a handicaps

When I walked in I was not greeted. There was a girl helping another customer and there were 2 others behind the back counter. I did my rounds a couple of times to decide what I really wanted and also to wait to be waited on well the 2 girls at the back counter never acknowledged me so I finally ask one of the girls for help and she helped me. She was friendly but not willing to help til she was asked.

I bought $160 worth of items a day before the 25% off started. I went back in the next day to get the difference and the manager would not honor it. That is ridiculous. So I returned it and bought it the next day. What a pain though! It could have been a lot easier! ☹️

A complete lack of charms advertised on cell. The lack of willingness and effort by the sales associate to try to show other charms or bracelets and make a sale. All the effort was from our end, sells south associate, not familiar with the products at all

I ordered some stuff got it weeks later and when received items there were 2 missing from the warehouse hence me going into store to repurchase charm and bracelet
