II was charged too much for my purchase

I WAS satisfied with the experience. Not sure why this question is being asked. The sales clerk was very friendly and Helpful. She knew exactly what I was wanting and helped me with the purchase. Very friendly and helpful and polite.

We were not properly greeted but other customers were my wife was looking to purchase a new bracelet she asked the associate to look at some the associate handed her a book and walked away my wife had a charm that equality was unsatisfactory and the associate did not offer to clean her pieces I do not like this store and nor would recommend anyone going to the store at all honestly but it's the only one around so we don't have any choice

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT HAVE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

The sales woman named makayla was rude to my husband and I. No sales person in the store even acknowledged that we were in there until we finally asked for some help, which they rudely replied.

The sales lead Corey was very rude and not helpful
