The sales staff were not pushy, certainly asked if i needed help, but let me explore without bother. Both salesperson and manager were helpful.

The sales associate knew the merchandise which was available. She made recommendations. I was told that some charm was perhaps available elsewhere, in the Times Square store, but she recommended a different charm, which ai purchased.
