Amanda was so helpful during my visit to Pandora. I was there to exchange items that did not fit or I did not like. She understood my concerns and used her expertise to help me choose items I would love!

The care that was taken with us in the store was fantastic. Otilliria and her team were able to answer every question that i had with regard to the charm and its care. I was even shown a few charms that would compliment the piece that i got that day.

the Rep was very delightful, Other Pandora stores have a bigger selection like the green acre mall and the queen center mall which i usually go to. Perhaps the only thing i could think that needs improvement is a wider selection, the Reps were great.

Customer service was amazing The knowledge of each rep is amazing The help I get from each person is always an amazing experience

I've been to other Pandora's and they barley helped me. They usually didn't have much in stock either. This Pandora had a huge selection and great staff, very helpful.

Amanda was great explaining how to take care of my Pandora bracelet, she told me to keep It in zip-lock bag to prevent from it turning black. She was friendly and helpful. She was great !!

The sales associate was pleasant. she was knowledgeable. She gave me tips on keeping my bracelet clean. She was efficient and I enjoyed my visit.

The service was great. The sales rep Chelsey was very knowledgeable. I found Everything I was looking for plus more.

I called the store before going to see if they had the items I wanted in stock, the nice lady assured me that they did. I got there & had left my list at work, the sales associate remember EVERY item I had mention in our brief phone conversation . I was too too happy, relieved & excited because I had absolutely no clue which item’s I had in mind. I ALWAYS get overly excited when I walk into Pandora so this transaction could’ve taken hours even though I was only on my lunch break lol. I apologize for not remembering her name. The entire team that was working 8/30/19 around 1:30pm ROCKS. I’ll be back soon 😊

The store was neat and clean and the staff was very helpful. I went for a specific charm I saw in an email from Pandora and they had it which was great.
