The service was great

I was highly satisfied because my online order was canceled. The sales person explained why my order was canceled and I totally understood. I had ordered 5 items and the store only had 1. However; I was lucky because 4 more were delivered to the store on the day I was there for my pickup. The ladies were very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to the store.

The store is nice and cozy, not like other pandora stores that are steaming hot

Victoria D and Julissa from the Forest hills store 70-37 Austin street are God sent, I ordered a charm bracelet for my wife on the website but needed to exchange the size, I went to this store and omg the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of these two young ladies were top notch, they were so amazing that I ended up buying two more bracelets for my wife and mother in law, they helped me, pick out different charms and even put them together together for me. Its as if they really cared about helping me to put a smile on my families faces. They asked me questions and made me feel valued and comfortable as a customer, I'm a supervisor for my job so customer service is important to me and these two showed me how important it is to them, I honestly will not go to another location outside of this one. Whoever is reading this please value and appreciate these two ladies, give them a big raise, they deserve it. THANK YOU!!!!!!
