There was only one sales associate when i came into the store and the wait was long. The associate did apologize but the wait made me late for my mo ie. My Klarna app would not open for in store pay so I ended up paying with my card.

Associates pushed too many add on accessories. Understand it is their job. However I knew what I was coming in for.

The sales associate didn't offer me any other choices or give any advice on new products. The service was very ordinary and I remember this store being full of life.

They were a little unorganized. Placed charms i was being showed directly on the counter rather then the delicate trays ive been greeted with before. I also asked to see a magazine to be able to see better to which the sales person responded they didn't have any. And then they "weren't allowed to show me the tray" i asked if she could place it under the glass on 1st level so i can see it without being exposed but apparently couldn't do that. A shame because if i had better visibility i would have most likely brought more then i did.

I was trying to call stores and no one answered. So I had to go to two separate locations before I could buy my purchase.

I purchased a 2nd bracelet and was told that the proper wa6 to wear it would be by buying the same size. I felt I should have bought the next size up for the bracelets to sit properly on my wrist. She said that it wouldn’t look rig(t. So I took her advice, assuming she was the expert. I should have listened to myself and purchased the size up. I can not wear both bracelets comfortably. I wanted to exchange due to customer service recommendation and was not allowed to because it was past the 30 days.
