The store associate didn’t provide me with proof of purchase receipt. The next day product exchange was a little hassle

Everything went well, except they didn't have a wide variety of merchandise. They didn't have the specific item I wanted, but I decided to go with another, so it all worked out.

Parking is difficult.

Didn't Have much of anything in stores as to new pieces or fairly new.....everything was sold out or must get a set bracelet already made. would have like to see the charms out tray inbox rather than me having to pick from the catalog to show.

The sales person wasn’t too clear about the store card and she called it members card but it is a credit card so my credit go run when I really wasn’t looking a store credit card
