The salesperson was very patient with me.

I received an email that I was able to get a free bracelet with a purchase of $125 or greater. I purchased amount of $321.18, however they said the bracelets had run out. Sale is until the 15 of December I purchased on the 14. If any email saying there is free bracelets until the 15 then no bracelets should have run out until the sale is over. I would of liked my free bracelet with my Ordered, gift is for my mother.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience.

The Manager Ashley in Pandora # 0828 is not good when it comes of returning merchandise to the store. This store only accepts their own sales for return, the manager seems so selfish when it comes to return from another store even for exchange. Customer does not matter at all when your just returning for unwanted merchandise.

Adrianna was very helpful and sweet. I came in for my daughters 16th birthday gift and she was the most helpful finding the items my daughter wanted quickly. I left with a smiling 16yr old. Thank you

The store did not have the merchandise out for viewing. There was no updated catalog available for customers. The visit lacked the personal care I am used to at Pandora.

I got what I was looking for , and the girl who help me was great :)

It would be nice to get a discount towards purchase rather than a free bracelet
