The sales associates was not friendly and seemed like she was in a hurry to be done. She did not have a pleasant attitude.

Did have the charm and color that I was looking for!

It was the third time I had to go to this store because of the waits on my other visits

The location was convenient from my work place. The only thing that got my eyebrows to raised was when I asked if my old charms could of been polished with the cloth to match the new ones and the rep told me no because of the pandemic but you just stood in front of me and put charms on my braclet.

I went in to inquire about a bracelet I previously purchased as a gift for someone, the bracelet turned black and the rep at the store stated there was nothing she can do for me with regards to the bracelet.

Is very cute I love pandora And I recommend

Pandora is so additive, I just want to buy anything in the store

i was not shown variety of charms.

The only issue I have with Pandora is availability of some of the merchandise.

Pandora makes half sizes for every number other than a 9 and it is upsetting because that wouldve been the perfect fit
