I loved the experience however I would only suggest for the air conditioner to be stronger the store was very very hot

I was satisfied. I think the one thing I didn't like was the sales associate passing me on to another associate, I like the gentleman that was taking care of me. I had called the store and spoke with him on the styles I was looking for and I wanted him to hold for me. He pulled the pieces and I arrived at the store and he greeted me and recognized me by my voice. He was very nice and had my items held behind the register. for some reason he passed me over to a young girl name TATYANA S. she was not as genuine or enthusiastic as the gentleman I had spoke to over the phone. I purchased two rings and didnt take the matching bracelet because it was out of my budget. she showed disappointment in a negative expression on her face. I decided to purchase another ring at that moment but my first transaction had been approved on my credit card. She didnt give me a chance to add the ring to my first order. I felt she was rushing me to finish the sale and I was being very nice about it but I didn't like her attitude. she had to ring me up a second time for the additional ring I want. She didnt ask me. Customer service was a 6 or 7.

I went in for certain merchandise and they did not have it. I also tried to call ahead however, the number listed online was incorrect.

I’m highly satisfied with Pandora. I have brought lots of charms. I have noticed prices going up please remember we are the working people who buy the products

This was my 1st time in a Pandora store ever. I went it to try to return something that by accident was ordered 2Xs online (which was my 1st pandora purchase ever) and was told it wasn’t eligible which was disappointing since I didn’t even realize I purchased something 2Xs on the sight. Also had a 10% off coupon that I got with my Jan 1st purchase and was told that wasn’t eligible in store. I did get some new charms for my daughter and myself and the sales rep was VERY knowledgeable and helpful and really took her time to explain the store and products to me.

I felt the prices for the quality of merchandise was too high. Not enough promotions during the holiday season.
