Pandora Jewelry

As a male, i like being helped by a female, its a personal preference.

There was a variety of things that I wanted that was not available. What I wanted was not in the store nor the catalog. In the future the items that I desire will be available according to the sales associate.

I was satisfied

Though, the jewelry is beautiful, I feel like the prices are slowly being raised and the quality is the same. The associate did not clean my jewelry with cloth before putting into the machine like at other Pandora locations. Perhaps it would've made more of difference in the cleaning.

Sales person tends to push for the most expensive items in the store.

Two charms that I wanted and the no longer have them

the sales associate was busy with a customer when my finance and i walked in. there were at least three people waiting for help. not enough sales people on the floor. everyone was pleasant, but i wish i didn't have to wait so long especially since i knew what i wanted when i walked in.

The person who helped me, threw BY ACCIDENT, all my charms from my bracelet, but I knew how many charms I own. Also, she offered me some black little rings to put inside my clip charms for them to stay in place. I asked for 4 but she only gave me 2.

I find Sterling Silver to be a little overpriced, however the jewelry is really nice. I plan to buy a bracelet and charm.

1. They did not have the item needed in my size & could not tell me if they would be having it. 2. The girl whom looked like she was in charge told me to keep the item even though it is big because in the summer my fingers will be swollen and it would fit. 3. The sales girl whom took care of my transaction looked a bit annoyed because I make an even exchange and did not made a new purchase.
