I was satisfied with the workers however, when i got home i realized that my item was not what i really wanted.

Sales Associate only notified me of the fact that the "promotion" excluded me from returning the merchandise when I gave him my credit card for payment. Understand the reasoning, but thought Pandora was above this type of service.

I received individual attention from Tiffany. She was very engaged in helping select charms to create the look I wanted. she walked me through the the whole experience and took me to the cashier.

Waited a few minutes while the associate was seemingly not busy, but chatting & laughing with another associate. She wasn't very helpful or made suggestions. It was cut & dry 😁
