I bought 3 rings, on one of the crown rings, the crystals are already coming off and its only been 5 days!

I wanted to use my $10 certificate and I was told that I could not use it with this purchase and i didn't understand why.

I just Love Pandora! Customer service is good and friendly! I came only for the ring but was so happy so I got earrings for my daughter. The Otilliera was patient and friendly while I was decided which ring I really want. So I highly recommend Pandora at Forest Hills and will definitely come back again!

I was looking for a keepsake for my 4yr old Granddaughter. Not a lot available that she can grow with.

I went in with the intention of buying a few charms but as soon as I walked no one was around to greet me, not a big deal, but I had to hover around sales associates to make myself known and get some help. Sales associate ended up talking me into buying any other charm but the one I wanted and kept pushing me to open a credit card which I have no interest in. Felt way too much pressure to enjoy this shopping experience and felt I didn’t see all of the Disney assortments I know pandora has to offer.

When asked what i was looking for they immediately knew what i wanted and were able to get me in and out without any type of hassle

You guys always have nice charms and bracelets, the gift sets are so cute , very affordable too I think it’s for everyone
