The sales clerk rang up my purchase along with my friends purchase. We told her that the purchases were separate but she rang them together and then charge us separate on the same receipt. I am not happy that my email address was not recorded and I have no transaction as a customer for that day. Also the associate did not recommend another bracelet besides the leather one for our new charms. One of the silver bracelets may have looked better but she really only tried to get us to purchase the leather one to a point where it was frustrating.

Tried to exchange item for different size. Was not told yesterday that I could not Extremely disappointing.

I purchased a charm online for xmas. The charm was so tiny it did not fit on the bracelet. I took it to the store to exchange the item for something else plus i was purchasing a charm for myself. It is ridiculous!!! that your store policy does NOT exchange online purchased items from Pandora! The inconvenience is ridiculous that I now have to sent it back through the mail! When i was in the store.

The Pandora website indicates that another pandora store further away had what I was looking for. I tried calling the Forest Hills store to confirm but their tel # listed in google and Pandora website is incorrect! It was disconnected. I had to go to the Forest Hills store and tell them they need to update the listings with their tel # change since June 2020! Ridiculous

Perhaps because it was Mother's Day weekend, but it was hard o get assistant from an associate despite them noticing me walk into the store. The associate also seemed not familiar with where certain merchandise was located and whether they had it on stock.

The associates lack knowledge of the items they carry in the store along with the prices. For example I know every store is currently caring last chance charms. One associate said “that doesn’t exist” then a manager came and pulled out a tray of the items with the discount. It was a shame that people work in that store and rather be on their phone instead of the common courtesy of welcoming a costumer in and helping them with purchasing items. They’re negligent and incompetent. For the money that I am spending in the store I expect the utmost respectful service and undivided attention.

When I walked in three associate was standing there didn’t greet me look at me like i was interrupting them but the one who actually help me was really nice

I came into the store for an exchange on 2 charms. ( I had purchased three charms the day before). The discount that I received the day before was not honored even though the promotion was still going on. I asked for a manager to assist and she was very rude to the sales associate and made me wait 25 mins before coming to our table - even though she was not assisting any other customers. Because of the delay and how rude she was to her employee I decided to just pay the extra 20 dollars. She approached the table once I had already completed the exchange and she said “oh it looks like you figured it out …I told her no I just ended up paying .. and she said she laughed and said well you could have waited.” I told her that seeing how she talked down to the associated that requested help ( cut her off mid sentence) I didn’t want to deal with it. what bothered me most about my experience was not that I had to pay 20 dollars for what should have been an even exchange but that I witnessed a manager who is entitled, think she knows everything and doesn’t know how to talk to her own staff.
