I came in the store a couple weeks ago shopping for my wife’s birthday, the bracelet was too big so I returned to the store to make some exchanges. I mentioned what I was looking for and what my wife wanted and the associate literally called it “silly” my wife happened to be on a FaceTime call and heard it, she wanted me to return everything but I still made the purchase. Her comment almost lost the whole sale.

This experience was unpleasant! When i walked in nobody greeted me however their was one sales girl without any customer. I asked her for help me find a charm i saw online and she said “we don't have it” and didn’t help after that. I waited for another sales girl to finish with a customer. Adriana was her name and she was helpful. But another of the salesgirls said it wasn’t my turn to be helped regardless of me being in the store before the other customers. Two out of the three sales girls were rude and made me feel like a unimportant customer. However when Adriana finished with her customer she showed me charms and was knowledgeable about the products. At the end she found the charm i had originally asked the other sales girl for. If it wasn’t for Adriana i would have never returned to Pandora. Its truly upsetting how the other salesgirls in this store treated me like i was asking for handouts or freebees. As a professional in hospitality, i advice customer service training for those salesgirls. Thank you.

Arianna was rude and not helpful. And after I purchased my charms. She did not offer me the boxes to it or not a bag. Yes I did put it on my bracelet but she didn’t offer any. And when I checked my emailed receipt she charged me 5 cents for a bag that I never got.. or asked about or received.

I kept saying I just wanted one charm and the woman kept pulling out more charms. I had one charm in mind and it’s all my mom wanted. It took so long and I was in a rush but she kept getting more and more when I said I wanted one.

Pushy, unprofessional, rude. Did asked me for my credit card, and my driver license, AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY? I don't understand why... That was even before I have told me I am buying anything. I asked later I was interested in buying a charm and she asked what kind of charm I wanted she did not showed me anything and went to bring a charm she wanted me to buy..... $65.00 I was by the meter and needed to leave soon and purchase the gift. Horrible experience, I left the store dissatisfied and worried as to why this woman need my credit card and my social security as well...I will be cancelling my credit card I don't know what she intends to do with it...

Lady who attended me told me the total was $190 plus tax and them she said $199 plus tax. She said she did not calculated well and she wanted me to put something back if I want to be $190. Really rude! She did showed me a lot of charms and explained me how the charms work.

The sales associate was trying to get me to open a Pandora credit card but was evasive about the fact that it was a credit card. When she asked me if I was interested in it, the first thing I asked was “is this a credit card?” She says “No, it’s a store card like Sephora, u deals and things like that”. She made it seem like it was a rewards program. So I say okay. She then asks for my id and credit card. So I ask her why she needs my credit card. She says “oh just for verification purposes”. So now I’m a bit annoyed because it seems like she’s not being truthful about this “store card”. After a while she hands me the tablet she was entering my information into and says “you can complete the rest since this information is personal to you”. I take the tablet and look down at the fine print on the bottom. After reading it I realize this is in fact a credit card. So I ask her again and she still says “No, it’s only a store card”. So now I’m annoyed and tell her to cancel the application.

I waited in line for 20 minutes even though there were 4-5 sales associates in the store. When I finally was helped I let her know what I was looking for and she left me there without letting me know what to do. Additionally, the store was not listed as an option when I tried to order and pick up online. It was also very messy and at one point the lights turned off. I would not return to this location again.

I was told that that merchandise that I was looking for is only sold online but it never specified that the merchandise can only be order on line when I looked. I look at the merchandise online before I went to the store
