Sales Associate was rude, kept insisting/pushing for me to buy other things when I had said no Various times.

Naysha was pleasant but she had no interest in actually helping me to get my FIRST bracelet from Pandora that I would love. She kept pushing random products to me without caring for what actually looks decent. First I was being pushed a size bigger than my wrist. I had to keep insisting about my size because I was told they don't have my size 17 in the store anymore. When I finally said I would just wait to buy it later or have it delivered to my house, she went to the back to look for the right size and found a new one. BEFORE EVEN LOOKING SHE WAS TRYING TO SELL ME A SCRATCHED OLD BRACELET. Not a helpful shopping experience for me at all on my first time trying to buy a pandora bracelet. Also, the free bracelet that I received with my purchase because of the amount that I spent, was a $65 bracelet. I guess I was just handed off anything so they could close the store. I know from friends that I was supposed to be given a $75 worth free bracelet with my purchase. Hoping to not have to come back to this location again. I had to keep fighting for the jewelry I actually wanted.

Diana G, was the sales person who took care of me. She was VERY GOOD. I was not planning on spending as much as I did. I only wanted a charm. I ended up getting another bracelet and additional charms.

I needed to buy a gift for my mother so I de used to go in to the pandora store that’s located in Forest hills, NY near my job. As I’m walking in NOBODY greeted me all 4 girls were behind the counter just standing there, I expected one of them to approach me well I approached one of them asking for assistance her name is Adriana. As we walk toward the middle where all the jewelry is, I asked to please help me pick a charm for my mom she took out 6 charms and I wasn’t pleased with none of them so I proceeded to ask if that’s all she had to show me and she said “ if I take out everything we had it will be too much if you want you can go online and check if there’s anything that you like then you can show me” if coming to the store for help it’s because clearly online I won’t get the assistance that I need but her response was rude and not customer service at all, on 12/19/22 I went to the same store and Betsy sales representative assisted me perfectly she was so nice and very helpful so why is it that one representative is not LAZY to assist but the other one is.

The associate Ashley In the Forest hills location was extremely rude and passive aggressive she totally killed my first instore experience. Saying the items I picked was “UGLY” and was very rude and nasty to my boyfriend who was trying to buy me a charm. Horrible customer service she was almost acting as if we couldn’t afford to buy anything . I also asked for a charm and she immediately said it wasn’t 50% off as if that’s all I wanted to buy…. I am new to Pandora and she turned me off . I would NEVER recommend anyone this location just because of her horrible customer service .

I was given a ring as a gift. My bf was given the wrong size at purchase. Receipt had the right size, the ring it self was the wrong size. I exchange and ask to purchase another ring to stack. Was told a ring was a certain price, purchased it. Wasn’t given a receipt, found out online the ring was actually 5 dollars less than the price the sales associate told me and charged me. Went back to the store to ask for a receipt, found out she charged me for a cleaning cloth and never gave it to me nor told me I was purchasing. I will never shop at pandora again.

This is the second time I tried to process an exchange at Forest Hills location and I had a terrible experience. Earlier this year, I had my receipt and the store manager told me I had to go to the location in Roosevelt field mall to exchange since I purchased the order on line. Which I did. Saturday I tried to exchange an item and they refused to help me because I didn’t have the original receipt. I asked if they can look it up with my email address and the store manage said no. They only look up receipts for warranty information. I called the herald square location and the manager emailed me the receipt. The forest hills store manager said they reserve the right to not look up receipts. Thanks to the store manager from the herald square location, I was able to exchange the item. I will never return to the forest hills location. I am a loyal customer and did not appreciate the service I received. Totally unprofessional and the worst customer service ever!!!!

I came back the next day of my purchase to buy more charms even though the first visit was not pleasant but need to buy a couple more for my sister,none of the employees offered help or a opinion simply if the charm you looking for is not available they just said that’s all ,,not giving you option or at least show interest of making a sale,very unfriendly I found my sale staring at the show cases lost and disappointed I couldn’t believe that I walk away with nothing ,I was looking for a mom from daughter charm not a recommendation at all from 5 girls at the store practically doing nothing .

Todo lo que preguntaba muy molesta no tenia Cuando cambie un regalo que ya tenia no me dio un recibo en papel y cuando vi mi recibo me había cobrado $5 de algo que en ningún momento hablo que me vendía Realmente esa no es forma de vender engañando a los clientes Mucha falta de profesionalismo

I purchased Christmas gifts for my sisters and mom during the Black Friday sale. I clearly asked the staff that will I be able to return the product if my mom or sister don't like it. The staff said of course you can return anytime if you are not satisfied with the products. Last week, I went to the store, and asked for return because my sister and mom don't like some of the products. The staff told me that I can't return it because I was purchased during promotion. Apparently, this is not what the staff told me during the Black Friday Sale. Plus, the staff also told I can't return/exchange Cinderella necklace because it's limited edition. I also can't not return/exchange the jewelry box that I bought for my mom. I was not happy at all with this!! If I can't return or exchange all the items that purchase during the promotion then the staff should have informed customers before we make purchase! Being a Pandora customer for so many years, I always recommend my friends to wear these high quality and beautiful products. But this time, I am so disappointed that I can't return anything that I purchased during Black Friday promotion. And I will not buy anything from the store anymore.
