I bought 4 rings. Paid cash + was asked if I wanted to wear them out of the store so I did. After a little over an hour, 2 didn't feel right and wanted to return them. Went back to the store, they said they don't let people return jewelry that was worn due to Covid. I was NEVER told this when purchasing. They said they would let me return them as a "courtesy" because I had purchased them earlier in the day. Combined price of the 2rings being returned was $100. When they realized I had paid in cash, they said I couldn't get my cash back because the limit for a cash return is $75 due to Covid and "having limited cash in the store." I was NOT told this when paying. Receipt says refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment or by check, but nowhere on receipt or in store does it say the maximum is $75 to get cash back. I asked if I could do 2 separate return transactions because each was under $75 individually. Manager said they wouldn't do 2 returns today. Manager said they need to work on making their policies clearer to customers. I now have to wait to get my $100 check in the mail. Called corporate and they did nothing but say it will be used for training.

The associate lied to me and said my merchandise is non refundable when there is no clause saying it isn’t and I even called Customer service to confirm

I waited on line in the store for 30 minutes. There were 4 customers in the store with 8 to 10 sales associates. Six of which went to the breakroom while i was on line in the store with one other woman in front if me

Loved all the merchandise. The workers knew exactly what I wanted and were able to show me exactly what I was looking for. Very excited to be returning soon to get some more charms for my bracelet.

Condescending sales pinch by associates and or/manager, suggesting my 400 dollar Pandora bracelet looked inferior because It did not have clips (by choice). The sales associate/and or manager completing the 261.50 transaction I made had a strangely rude demeanor. She even mumbled something about me breaking my bracelet? One I've been putting on for years without an issue. I usually visit the Queens Center Mall location where sales people are both polite and personable. The Austin St location is one I will never waste my time or money in again. Rude sales women and a bunch of negative Nancy's. Staff desperately needs diversity training despite being ethnic themselves.
