My visit was not planned, I was with my grandson who was excited to shop with me. I saw a murano charm that I really loved and wanted to take advantage of getting a free bracelet with my purchase. Much to my surprise, my grandson asked for the bracelet for himself with a Black Panther charm. We were both happy with Ashley's knowledge and patience and look forward to shopping with her again.

I order quite a pick from Pandora and always pick it up at a store. Everytime I have had nothing but an amazing experience with the workers! They were always friendly and readily avail to assist. If they needed a min or 2 to get to me someone would say. The stores are always bright and clean. I love coming in!! Great job Pandora on the customer service!
