Cleaned my filthy bracelet so quickly and efficiently. She also helped me pick out a few essential everyday pieces to add to my collection. She was so sweet, kind, and attentive. I was having a bad day, week, month, and she helped to turn it around just with her pleasant demeanor and helpfulness. I hope Diana is there when I come back!
