The representative that took care of me was very pleasant

I did call a few hours as I was going to reserve a charm chain and I thought over the phone it was resolved but upon arrival my reservation was nowhere at all, so the associate present helped me get the item I wanted and got the last one on the display, I thought calling in was supposed to help resolve that whole process of trying to find the item, but I guess things like that could be lost as well?

The process was easy and the rep was very friendly. Not only did she assist me with my current purchase but also shared current deals and updates.

I went to forest hills and Lisa was the light of my day. Such a huge help with explaining everything. I had someone help me but she went off to another customer who had a "pick-up order". She was taking a long time so I asked Lisa to help me instead. Wonderful job and great customer service. She even gave me more information on the product without me asking than the other worker. Helped me with ring sizes, braclet sizes and even offered me to take a look at the clearance. I will go back to Lisa anything I shop instore at pandora. Thank You Lisa!

The quality of the products were just beautiful and sentimental. Sales associates were friendly and very accommodating with helping me make final decisions. Store was clean and inviting.

As I entered the store I was greeted politely, professional and with a big smile from associate name Besty B.. I have spoken to her on the phone about a merchandise item that I've been looking for awhile, she checked for it and she had it in stock. I told her that I was on my way there to the store to pick it. She was very knowledgeable with the questions that I have asked her. The service that Besty has given me was to my explanation and to my satisfaction. Associates like Besty is what I look for when it comes to great customer service.

i highly recommend this experience mainly because the 2 items i was looking for was in stock. The sales person Betsy was knowledgeable with the merchandise and was very easily to speak to. thankfully i was taken care of right away as it was perfect hour to go considering it was 2 days before Valentines day
